Should you be looking for a perfect small gift for a horse-loving friend - or perhaps better still, a treat for yourself, this address book could be the answer. It is a handy size (approximately 8" x 6" x 1") and a beautifully produced item with a cloth bound spine and back cover, but the pages open completely flat as they are spiral bound.

The dividers for the various letters are on lovely silk board, carrying some very distinctive images of horses, both photographic and original artwork, and on their reverse they carry quotes from writers taken from the book 'Horse People: Writers and Artists on the Horses They Love'. A personal favourite comes from Pam Houston: "And of course we are talking here about the ability of the trainer to teach, and the horse's ability to learn, as well as the trainer's ability to learn and the horse's ability to teach, and that is what makes horseback riding different from tennis or skiing, that there are two wills constantly engaged and those four learning situations are always and must be at every moment inextricable."
